Websites in the zebra360.com^® website are brought to you by Avelar Systems, LLC ("zebra360").  This Privacy Policy tells you how zebra360 uses and protects your information.

 

By using zebra360, you agree to the terms and conditions of the User Agreement, including this Privacy Policy, and you consent to zebra360's privacy practices.  This includes the use and disclosure of any personal information you have shared with us and its transfer to and storage on our servers. 

 

 

Children's Use

 

zebra360 is not designed or intended for use by children under 13, although merchants listed on our Web site may offer children's products for purchase by adults.  If you are under 18, you should use zebra360 only with involvement of a parent or guardian.  Children under 13 may not submit any personally identifiable information to us, and if we discover that we have inadvertently gathered any such information from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

 

 

Collection

 

You can browse the zebra360 website without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself.  Certain features and services on the zebra360 website require that you register and supply some information that allows us to identify you.  We collect some information automatically from your computer while you browse our sites, such as where you go on the zebra360 and what you do there.  We collect your IP address, computer and connection information, browser type and version, operating system and platform, the URLs you come from and go to next, and a cookie number.

 

When you register in the zebra360 website, we collect and store the following information:

We Do Not Control: We work closely with our affiliated businesses. In some cases, such as Amazon.com, these businesses operate stores at zebra360.com or sell offerings to you at zebra360.com. In other cases, we operate stores, provide services, or sell product lines jointly with these businesses. You can tell when a third party is involved in your transactions, and we share customer information related to those transactions with that third party.

 

 

Third-Party Service Providers

 

We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Spam

 

zebra360 is 100% opposed to unsolicited commercial email "spam".  We do not send emails to anyone without permission and we do not sell or provide email addresses to any unauthorized third party.  If you receive any unsolicited emails from spammers, please be assured that zebra360 did not provide your email address to such parties.

 

This does not mean that we can prevent spam from happening on the Internet.  Unfortunately, spammers obtain email addresses in a number of devious ways, including when you respond and ask to be taken off a spam email list, and in some cases by just generating emails to millions of random email addresses in the hopes of getting a few "live" ones.  Please be assured that at zebra360 we hate spam as much as you do.

 

All that said, if you believe that you have gotten unsolicited email from us, contact us and we will investigate.  Please be assured that we strive not to contact anyone without permission, and if you prefer not receive any further communications from us, just tell us and we'll try to make sure you never hear from us again.

zebra360 uses physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards, including advanced firewall and password protection for our databases, designed to protect the security of information.  We restrict access to your personal information to employees that need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services.  However, as you probably know, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications.  Therefore, although we work very hard to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or private communications will always remain private.
